Roger Metcalf

Roger Metcalf is a Boston-based event photographer, filmmaker, and author with more than two decades behind the camera. He documents the conferences, galas, trade shows, and corporate events that matter most to organizations across New England and beyond — bringing the eye of a published photographer to clients ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies.

His still and motion work has been published by GQ, Boston Magazine, The Boston Globe, and America’s Test Kitchen, where his creative development of the Webby-nominated Proof podcast earned a Leaders in Innovation award. He is the author of the forthcoming book Thieves of Light and the host of The Photo Files, where he explores the craft behind a working life in photography.
