Multi-day conference and event bookings are welcome. Day rates apply per day. Get in touch to discuss the full scope — packages covering multiple consecutive days can often be arranged.
Standard rates apply throughout Greater Boston and New England. For events outside New England, travel and accommodation are billed at cost. Roger is available nationally for the right engagement.
A written contract and 50% deposit secure your date. The balance is due on delivery of the final gallery files. Invoicing is available for business clients. We accept credit card, ACH, and PayPal.
Need images within 24–48 hours for a press release or post-event social campaign? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Agree this before the event date.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: deposit refunded in full. Cancellations within 14 days: deposit retained. Rescheduling to a new date is accommodated where availability permits.
