Event Photography
Day rates start from $2,299, which includes full-day coverage up to 8 hours, professional editing of every image, and delivery via a private gallery within 5–7 business days. The final rate is confirmed based on your event scope. See full pricing →
For conferences and major corporate events, 4–8 weeks in advance is recommended. For large multi-day events, 3 months ahead is ideal to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings do come up — always worth inquiring even on short notice.
A full-day corporate event typically yields a minimum of 400-600 edited, publication-ready images depending on the schedule and moments to capture, often far more. Every delivered image is color-corrected and retouched — no unedited selects, nothing unusable.
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days via a private password-protected gallery. Rush delivery within 48–72 hours is available on request — useful for post-event press releases or social campaigns. A highlight selection can often be provided same-day if agreed in advance.
Share a run-of-show, flag VIPs and key moments, note any areas or attendees that shouldn’t be photographed, and confirm how you plan to use the images. A 15-minute pre-event venue walkthrough is always valuable. The more specific the brief, the better the coverage.
You receive a broad commercial license covering marketing, press, social media, websites, annual reports, and sponsor materials. Copyright stays with Roger Metcalf as standard industry practice. Full copyright transfer is available on request.
